Our first step in delivering accurate Commercial Evaluations that are on-time and on-budget is to verify and research address and property usage in-house, so that our clients will know within one day if the information provided to us is accurate. Next, we work closely with on-the-ground licensed commercial agents and brokers, including many CCIM and SIOR members, in every geographic location. Valuators are rated on their experience, ability to meet deadlines, and the quality of the information they provide. Additionally, we conduct quarterly license verification of brokers and agents, and take measures to ensure that duplicate reports are not prepared on the same property.
