Management Team

John A. Calhoun is Managing Partner (Board Member) and CEO/CFO of InsideValuation Partners. Mr. Calhoun has been an investor, board member, CEO or CFO in a number of early stage technology companies. He spent 19 years with Intel Corporation in a variety of senior financial or administrative roles including Corporate Controller and Director of Business Development. Mr. Calhoun received a BA degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Stanford University.

Jon Wilson is Vice President of Operations and has 7 years of industry experience. Prior to joining InsideValuation, Mr. Wilson held positions with Summit Valuations as their Executive Vice President, Lighthouse Real Estate Solutions as the Vice President of Business Development, and Account Executive at Clear Capital.  Mr. Wilson received a BA degree from California State University at Chico.

Susan Chauncy is Vice President of Commercial Accounts for Inside Valuation Partners, LLC. Before joining InsideValuation, Ms. Chauncy was a commercial real estate agent, specializing in office and industrial sales and leasing. Additionally, Ms. Chauncy worked as a registered investment advisor and had approximately $250 Million under management.  Ms. Chauncy is a graduate of San Jose State University.

Clyde Prestowitz III is Chief Technology Officer at InsideValuation Partners, LLC.  Mr. Prestowitz has over 17 years of software development and IT management experience, with the last 7 years specifically in valuation software development. As principal architect and chief technologist, Mr. Prestowitz has been responsible for internet-based technology, software integration, database processing, and rules-based software engine solutions.  Prior to starting InsideValuation, Mr. Prestowitz held various senior IT positions at companies which include: Clear Capital, Harley-Davidson Financial Services, Electronics for Imaging, and Sybase. Mr. Prestowitz graduated with a BS degree from Bates College, Maine.

Ryan Walker, Chief Information Officer brings over 10 years experience designing and developing complex and highly scalable Internet-based applications, specializing in business-to-business workflow processes.  Mr. Walker was Senior Technology Architect and Web Team Lead with Clear Capital, where he was responsible for product development and technology strategies.  Mr. Walker was Director of Web Development at LeaseLoan.com, a web-based financial services company.  Mr. Walker holds a BA from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
